One caveat: Blumhardt did not know anything about deliverance when he started his journey. His description of "the fight" shows it was a long, drawn out, messy process, with too much engaging demons in discussion. Remember that Satan is the Father of lies, and anything relayed by those entities will be based on lies and half-truths. Still Blumhardt pressed on with the Word of God, and prayer, and saw freedom, and it's fruits, come to his community and thousands of people.
