This testimony was reported by Jack Fareweather of The River Church in Littleton Colorado about Pastor Scott Pearson of Bridgeway Church in Denver. The comments in parenthesis () are comments by Pastor Jack. You can listen to the audio of the testimony which is found after the written testimony. It is quite encouraging!

Scott woke up one Sunday morning and God told him “you are going to see something extraordinary today.” He thought “oh boy this is going to be awesome” and he went to church but nothing happened. He did some things at lunch and nothing happened. He went to Park Meadows Mall south of Denver. He said “I am just going to start praying for everybody in wheelchairs because God said something amazing is going to happen today.” So he went to the mall and asked 5 or 6 people in wheelchairs if he could pray for them and 3 let him, but nothing happened. He asked God “I’m not sure what’s happening but I know that I heard your voice.” (Hearing God’s voice created the faith of a mustard seed to rise up inside of him. So in faith he sat down on a bench and fell asleep. You can’t make this stuff up.) Scott woke up and this guy is tapping him and he sees there was a priest standing right above him. The priest said “I’m sorry to bother you but there’s a guy here from South America and his daughter fell when she was two or three years old and mangled one of her legs. She’s disabled and she hasn’t been able to walk. But God told the father if he came to America that God was going to heal this little girl.” So Scott said “I’m going to pray for her. This is good.” Then the priest said “Last night this man had a dream. In the dream he saw you sitting on this bench wearing those clothes.” (What would that do to your faith? God said He was going to do something amazing today and then you have someone there saying they came from South America and that they had a dream with you sitting on the bench wearing those clothes? The faith started to well up inside Scott. It wasn’t something self-generated. It was something that welled up inside because it was something God was doing in that moment and it’s beautiful.) The man, the priest, and his daughter had been there since 10 in the morning and it was 4 in the afternoon. They had been at the mall for 6 hours looking for the guy sitting on the bench and there he was. So Scott prayed for the girl. After he prayed he told them “have her stand up on her good leg so she’s not in pain from it.” She stood up and the dad began to cry. Scott said “oh no is she in pain?” The priest said “No that’s her bad leg.” She started running around Park Meadows mall. She was completely healed running around Park Meadows Mall. The three of them Scott, the priest, and the man fell on their knees and worshiped and praised God together. (That’s what happens when we are hearing God’s voice and he’s rising up His faith inside of us. It wasn’t just him but the other guys that were that day. That dad had to come all the way from South America. That dad had to go to that Priest like the persistent widow and say we need to go to Park Meadows, and he probably didn’t want to go to Park Meadows but they went anyways. They stepped out in faith – each one of them in their own way and God met them in that place. And the kingdom came to the life of that little girl and the kingdom came to the life of all three of the adults that were there. It’s a glorious, glorious thing.)
